ABOUT THE CLINICS
How often do you come across people who already use IT within their work environment, but have specific issues that they need to resolve which do not warrant a full days training. Perhaps someone is struggling with a task, or wish to learn about a specific subject within a program without the need to attend a full course. IT clinics & workshops are an ideal solution. When a clinic & workshop day is booked, we come to your premises for the day. You need to provide a room, and if necessary a computer or laptop connected to your network (only necessary if we need to work on any files which require problem solving).
When the date for the clinic is arranged, the day is divided into 15 minute slots. You then advertise the clinics to your workforce and pass our contact details onto your colleagues, they can then contact us with their query or training enquiry, and we then book the appropriate time slot(s) to cover the issue(s), and then notify you of who has booked and for what reason.
It's as simple as that, you just book the date(s) and organise the room/computer and we can do the rest.
Your colleagues then just turn up for their session(s) at the agreed time.
SUITABLE FOR:
Those who already have a good basic knowledge of IT but have specific IT queries which need resolving, or those who have very specific topics that require instruction.
NOT SUITABLE FOR:
These sessions are not suitable for those who require full training on a specific program as the time allocated is not sufficient to learn how to use a program proficiently.
HOW THE SESSIONS WORK
You book clinic/workshop day(s) to suit. We divide each day into 15 minute time slots. Your colleagues then book directly with us (following your approval), and we assess the time required and book them into the appropriate convenient time slot(s).
